Getting a bill passed in Sacramento, or anywhere, is a huge process. In this talk, I cover the developmental philosophy of 'fixing the world', the ups and downs of the legislative process, and managing meetings with important people. This is followed by a play by play from our legislative consultant Jim Lantry on the bill we ran in this year's cycle.
